All CASACOUTURE orders ship free to the contiguous United States. We offer two shipping options so you can choose what works best for your project:

🟢 In-Stock Items: Ship from our US partner warehouse — delivers in 3–5 business days.
🔵 Made-to-Order Items: Handcrafted in our Xiamen workshop — It depends on the products and we will negotiate with the time before order.

Every order includes $500 shipping insurance at no extra cost, covering damage or loss in transit.

30-Day Returns, No Hassle
Not 100% happy? You have 30 days from delivery to return any item(For made to order items, please contact us first).

For unused items: We’ll email you a prepaid return label (no cost to you).
If your item arrives damaged: Just send a photo. No return needed — we’ll ship a replacement immediately.

*Customized dimensions or finishes may have different terms — we’ll confirm before production.

We stand behind every CASACOUTURE piece with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, including:

Cracks or breaks not caused by impact
Drain hole misalignment
Finish delamination (for coated items)

Warranty claims are processed within 48 hours. Choose your preferred resolution:

Tracking & Delivery
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Most US deliveries are fully traceable via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
