Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Some items that were stocked in our USA warehouse and they are free shipping for USA region.
For most of out items, please contact us for a suitable shipping cost and delivery time.
3.Returns
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
Return requtest is acceptable for items received within 30 days with original condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to the accounts that you pointed.
Customized item is not suitable for return policy.
3.2 Warranty Returns
If you found the products you received that is not ordered or have quality problem, please claim return within 7 days after receipt.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however, we will reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim.

4.Delivery Terms
Shipping time for items in USA Warehouse.
The shipping takes 3-5 days to USA region after we received your orders.
Shiping time for items in China.
The packing and handling time for the products is about 2days and the shipping time may differ due to the region you located and the shipping method that we negotiated.
Generally, Shipping takes 30 days for products to most of the country by ocean and 5-10days by air.
5.Tracking Notifications

6.Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service.
If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
